Four Reasons to Hire a Professional Roofing Contractor for Any Commercial Roofing Needs in the San Angelo, Midland & Abilene, TX Areas

Better materials - Hiring a professional roofing contractor takes away the stress of trying to figure out what materials will work best. Our roofing contractors know what materials will work best for each customer after talking with them.

Quality results - The installation process for commercial roofing projects is difficult to get right, but when you hire a roofing contractor you are guaranteed quality work. Before a roofing contractor starts working, they usually sign an agreement, which guarantees you get the roof installed the way you want it.

Save time - Commercial roofing contractors work much faster than the average person, which is very valuable. No one wants a roof project to take days because then your building is without a roof for all that time.

Knowledge of city codes - Each city/town has building codes that need to be followed. Our commercial roofing contractors know those codes like the back of their hand, so you won’t need to worry about a thing.

Commercial Roof Types

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) – TPO membranes are single-ply roof membranes constructed from ethylene propylene rubber, which have shown to be resistant to ozone, algae, tears and rips, and impacts from hail and wind.

Modified Bitumen – This roofing style features a glass mat that is coated with flexible SBS or APP polymer modified asphalt and coated with mineral granules that come in several different colors. Modified roofs are typically installed with two layers of fiberglass felt and a modified cap sheet.

Tar and Gravel – Tar and gravel roofs are often referred to as built up roofs (BUR). The waterproofing layers are built up with multi-layers of hot asphalt mopped between fiberglass felts. The roof is coated is with poured hot asphalt with gravel embedded within that poured asphalt. The gravel can hold the roof down from severe West Texas winds.
